The Terms and Conditions
1. Awsel Global Solutions Limited refers to the Company/Organization purchasing the cocoa beans.
2. These terms and conditions apply to all sales of fermented and dried cocoa beans packed in jute bags by Awsel Global Solutions Limited to the Buyer.
3. Acceptance: By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Product Specifications
1. Product Description: Cleaned And Fermented Dried Cocoa Beans packed in jute bags.
2. Quality Standards: The cocoa beans shall meet the international quality standards for cocoa beans.
3. Weight and Packaging: The net weight of each bag shall be 50/100KG, and the bags made of jute.
Payment Terms
1. Payment Methods: The Buyer shall pay Awsel Global Solutions Limited through payment methods, bank transfer
2. Payment Terms: The Buyer shall pay Awsel Global Solutions Limited within 30 days of the invoice date.
3. Late Payment: If the Buyer fails to make payment within 30days of the invoice date, Awsel Global Solutions Limited may neither change the invoice or not, depend on current charges.
Delivery Terms
1. Delivery Method: Awsel Global Solutions Limited shall deliver the cocoa beans to the Buyer through Shipping delivery method.
2. Delivery Timeframe: Awsel Global Solutions Limited shall deliver the cocoa beans within 30 To 60 days of the payment date.
3. Delivery Costs: The Buyer shall bear the costs of delivery, unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties.
Warranty and Liability
1. Warranty: Awsel Global Solutions Limited warrants that the cocoa beans shall meet the international quality standards for cocoa beans.
2. Liability: Awsel Global Solutions Limited shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the delivery or use of the cocoa beans, except to the extent caused by Awsel Global Solutions Limited gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
1. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria.
2. Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through litigation in Nigeria.
